Workout Log



I’ve seen pages like this on a number of other blogs and have always wished that my weekly workouts were frequent and impressive enough to note down.
Since joining a new gym with a large range of classes at convenient times, I have been going to the gym more often, exploring the new classes and working out which ones I want to include into my exercise plans (so far, all of them!)
I am going to start keeping track of my workouts below, partly to remind myself of what I have done, and partly to keep myself accountable. How embarrassing to have day after day of ‘rest’!! Perhaps on non-scheduled rest days I should simply write- I was lazy!!
My aim is to complete at least one form of exercise 5-6 days a week, usually taking Saturday as my rest day.

5th-11th November

Monday 5th-Cross trainer workout

Tuesday 6th- Treadmill work out and Spinning

Wednesday 7th- Treadmill work out and Body Pump

Thursday 8th- Rest
Friday 9th- lots of walking around shopping and dancing
Saturday 10th- LAZY DAY
Sunday 11th- Movember 5K

29th-4th November

Monday 29th- Cross-trainer workout

Tuesday 30th- a lot of walking! 

Wednesday 31st- Treadmill 5k speed workout

Thursday 1st- rest

Friday 2nd- rest

Saturday 3rd- 3 mile run

Sunday 4th- Spinning


22nd- 28th October

Monday 22nd- Rest

Tuesday 23rd- Treadmill workout and Mountain Biking

Wednesday 24th- Kayaking

Thursday 25th- Treadmill workout in Abu Dhabi

Friday 26th- Rest

Saturday 27th- Rest
